Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Produce UI Components Library operated by Produce UI.
Your access to and use of the Library is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Library.
By accessing or using the Library you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Library.
Usage of Components
Our Library provides a collection of design components and assets for use in Figma projects . The Components provided on our Library are for use in personal or commercial projects.
You may use, modify, and incorporate the Components into your Figma projects without any attribution or credit to us. However, you may not distribute, resell, or sublicense the Components to any third-party, including other Figma users or design agencies.
Usage of Templates
Designers are granted the right to utilize the templates provided herein for the purpose of constructing websites or modifying designs to meet their personal or client-specific requirements. However, it is strictly prohibited to sell the templates or any modified versions on any platform. Additionally, the use of these templates to create derivative templates on other platforms, such as Webflow or Shopify, is expressly forbidden. We appreciate your adherence to these terms to ensure the integrity and exclusivity of our design offerings.
Intellectual Property
All Components in the Library, including but not limited UI elements, Sections and design assets, are the intellectual property of Produce UI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the Components without our prior written permission. You also may not claim ownership or authorship of any of the Components in the Library.
Disclaimer
The Components provided in the Library are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no warranties or representations of any kind concerning the accuracy, suitability, or safety of the Components provided in the Library. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Library or the Components provided in the Library.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Produce UI and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
1. Your use of and access to the Library
2. Your violation of any of these Terms
3. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 21 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
